If you are a new member or your banking information has changed, please download and complete the appropriate Direct Debit (DD) form below and post it to the Hon Subscriptions Secretary –

(Note, the DD must be sent by post as the Treasurer is required to have a ‘wet signature’ on the form. A photocopy will not suffice.)
