For Sale – Penn ‘Senator’ Medium Heavy Trolling Reel

This brilliant item of US fishing engineering crossed the Atlantic with us clipped to the pushpit.  With it we caught a lot of fish and ate well from them.

Here is the original description of the reel from the manufacturer.

The reel comes in its original box together with  several hundred metres of filament line (strength unknown but adequate for very sizeable fish (!), and two reels of 130 lb Searanger Line (Terylene Polyester Yarn) each with 150 yds.  Also a tube of special reel lubrication, spanners and instruction book

You will need to provide weights, bait (artificial) and hooks.

Results guaranteed!

Condition virtually as new.  Price £80.  Check that price against other reels offered on Amazon etc.  It’s a bargain.
